Shipping Information

  • UK Delivery: Free on orders over £100, £5 under £100. Orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked, usually arriving in 1–3 working days.
  • International Delivery: 
    • Europe - £20 
    • USA & Australia - £30
    • Rest of World - £40
  • We use FedEx as standard (DHL available on request). Delivery can take between 5-21 working days depending on locations and customs clearance.
  • Prescription Orders: Standard prescriptions are usually shipped in 3–5 working days. More complex prescriptions may take up to 10 working days - we’ll email you with an estimated dispatch date.
  • Duties & Taxes: All orders ship from the UK. UK prices include all taxes. International orders may incur local duties/taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Excludes prescription lenses, special orders, tints, and sale items
  • Refunds processed within 5 working days
  • Full refund if item is faulty or misdescribed
